Who We Are

 

Kent & Risley is a group of five former large-firm partners, IP litigators and trial lawyers who are passionate about protecting and defending intellectual rights.  Every K&R attorney has experience with every stage of an IP matter, from initial client contact, investigation, and strategy development, through contested proceedings before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, to trial and appeal.  Many attorneys today have never tried a case or argued an appeal.  We have.  The depth and breadth of our experience provides insight and strategy that other attorneys simply cannot provide.
